Our History and Values

Derry Weaver, the owner and CEO of D&S Flooring, founded the company in December 2014 with his wife Sherri. Derry has 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, starting from installing tile as a teenager. He is a man of integrity whose aim in business and life is to honor Jesus Christ and have fun while doing it! Born and raised in Lancaster County, PA, Derry grew up working on his dad's chicken farm where he learned the value of hard work and the importance of a job well done.
