Meet our team of fully-licensed and insured flooring experts, each with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Brandi Phipps, one of our lead experts, has a background in Early Childhood Education and Retail Management. She worked 15 years in the Big Box Retail Industry in Huntersville, NC, managing various retail divisions and coordinating displays. Brandi and her husband Chris took over the former Ashe Carpet & Tile in 2013 and renamed it Appalachian Flooring & Tile. Her extensive knowledge of retail management and merchandising has been instrumental in keeping us updated on the latest flooring trends, designs, and colors.
