Our History

Our founder, Jim Vanhauer, graduated from college in 1976 and began his career in the commercial flooring industry. With 15 years of experience in sales and sales management, Jim formed Commercial Flooring Systems, Inc. in 1991, managing the company from his home office. Over the years, the company grew exponentially, earning recognition as the Omaha Chamber of Commerce's Small Business of the Year in 1995. Today, we operate from our 15,000 square foot office and warehouse facility, proud of our achievements and committed to continued excellence.
