Communication Issues
House of Floors has received several negative reviews regarding their communication skills. Danny White and Lois M. claim that the company failed to stand behind their work and warranty, and they struggled to get their issues resolved. Lois M. had to leave multiple messages and waited for 7 months to get help with her flooring issues. Miguel Gallegos also experienced delays in getting his issues addressed, despite being promised a follow-up and acknowledgement of his emails.
Quality of Work
Miguel Gallegos and Karen Fabrizio praised the quality of work done by the contractors. Gallegos' contractor did a "spectacular job" on his engineered hardwood floors, and Fabrizio's luxury vinyl floor turned out great. However, both customers had to deal with issues regarding the company's communication and follow-up.
