Questions
Do I pick flooring first or get measurements first?
Either approach works. We recommend scheduling a free in-home measurement first to determine exact material requirements and labor scope for accurate pricing.
What preparation is needed before installation?
Remove furniture and personal items from the work area. Our team handles floor preparation, including removing existing flooring and subfloor repairs.
Are showrooms available for product selection?
Yes, we have three Memphis-area showrooms displaying full product lines. The Walnut Grove location offers the largest selection of premium carpets and area rugs.
What commercial flooring options do you offer?
We provide commercial-grade solutions including VCT, luxury vinyl tile, commercial carpet tile, rubber flooring, and heat-welded sheet vinyl for businesses and institutions.
Do you offer maintenance services?
While we focus on installation, we provide care guides and recommendations for maintaining all flooring types to ensure longevity and appearance preservation.
What makes your installation different?
Our certified installers use advanced techniques and offer a lifetime residential installation warranty. We guarantee satisfaction with our 'No Regrets' replacement policy within 30 days.
