Ordered carpet for my living room, dining room, hallway and two sets of stairs from West Carpet. The salespeople were very helpful and nice when we shopped. Lots of choices and various price ranges to fit every budget. A representative came out the next day to measure and I was given a time frame between ordering and installation. Within a couple of days they called to set up an installation datethe carpeting I picked was available.

A little more than a week later, my carpet was installed. The installers were very nice and worked so hard. They were very respectful of my property and very polite and courteous. It was so easy working with them! They did EVERYTHINGmoved furniture, ripped out the old carpeting and installed. They moved everything back and swept and vacuumed. They hauled the old carpet and padding away. My husband and I are seniors and we kept putting off replacing the carpet because we knew our limitations. West carpet made it very easy and we would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you!

This was not the first time we used West Carpets. Each time we were happy with our total experience from start to finish. Pete and Adelle are extremely pleasant to work with. Great selection of carpeting and flooring, hardworking crew, and installation was done to perfection each time. We look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you to Pete and Adelle and everyone who worked in our home. Overall excellent experience!

What a pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish. They were referred to me by a relative. I was allowed to take home samples and see the carpeting in my own home. I touched and felt it before it was ever installed. Pete came out and measured, the guys came in and installed in two days. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were very very professional. The crews Worked very hard. Its like waking on a cloud. Thanks to all!

Adelle was so helpful and allowed me to take home 2 swatch boards to see how it will look in my house. Also, a large selection.

No hassle experience and great suggestions, advice from owners. Excellent installation. The guys were great. Definitely know their business!

Lovely owners, nice selection of carpet. Very happy with what we chose, installation was done well. Installers arrived on time. About to carpet a second room and am looking forward to it.
