Questions
What types of tile are best for outdoor use?
Porcelain, natural stone, and glass tiles work well outdoors. Porcelain offers durability, natural stone provides elegance, and glass adds visual interest while resisting weather damage.
How do I choose between porcelain and ceramic tile?
Porcelain is denser and more moisture-resistant for high-traffic areas, while ceramic offers more color options for walls and low-traffic spaces like laundry rooms.
What maintenance do natural stone tiles require?
Natural stone needs periodic sealing to prevent stains. Regular cleaning with pH-neutral products maintains its appearance while preserving the stone's natural characteristics.
Can I see tile samples before purchasing?
Yes, we encourage taking samples home. Our showrooms provide free samples to help visualize how tiles look in your space under different lighting conditions.
Do you offer contractor pricing?
We provide competitive trade pricing for contractors. Our warehouse teams offer bulk order support and project-specific material recommendations to ensure timely project completion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash payments. Financing options are available for qualified customers on large orders through our partner financial institutions.
