Poor Experience with Customer Service and Installation
Anne Collier had a poor experience with Exclusive Flooring, giving them 1 star. She stated that the customer service was great initially but became difficult to reach and avoidant after they installed her vinyl plank flooring incorrectly. She was charged for flooring and installation for two existing rooms that were never discussed, measured, or refloored. The company also changed their minds about tiling a small stairwell that was full of construction debris, which was initially agreed upon. The flooring in her addition was installed with uneven places and came up over time, and the company's president, Chris Petit, was condescending in his responses.
