As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in our commitment to using local stone aggregates, diamond-grinding technology, dyes, and sealers to create polished concrete floors that are not only stunning but also easy to maintain. Our Story

Our journey began with our president, Michael Frost, who grew up in the family well-drilling business in East Dorset, Vermont. After competing as a member of the US Ski Team and managing the maintenance division of a large commercial flooring company in the New York metropolitan area, Mike spent 10 years refining his skills and developing his systems and procedures. He brought his expertise back to Vermont and founded Vermont Eco-Floors, combining his passion for innovative flooring solutions with a commitment to sustainability.

Our administration and marketing manager, Karen Shehadi Frost, brings her background in art history and sales management to our team. Together, we work with architects, builders, and homeowners to deliver bespoke flooring solutions that meet their unique needs.
