Our story began in 2004 when our founder, Lou Vidal, established the company as a lumber broker agency. Over the years, we have grown and evolved into a more service-oriented business, focusing on connecting the highest caliber lumber manufacturers to developers in the greater New York area. We have developed strong relationships with leading flooring distributors, including All-State Flooring (Fairfield, NJ), Castro & Filhos (Portugal), Tropical Pisos (Brazil), and many more.

In 2014, we expanded our services by adding a team of experienced tradesmen who specialize in flooring installation and finishing. This addition has allowed us to provide builders with an all-inclusive flooring installation solution. With cutting-edge equipment, we are equipped to supply and service projects ranging from high-rise developments to residential homes.

As a client-oriented business, we aim to work with builders to help manage demanding schedules and project timelines through a professional and cost-effective service. Our skilled team also provides cost-effective installation and finishing for projects. We have experience working with all project sizes ranging from individual newly constructed homes to 1000+ unit developments.

Our team is led by Lou Vidal, who brings over 15 years of experience in the industry, and Omar Diaz and Mario Florez, who have more than 28 years of combined experience in the flooring industry. Together, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding our clients' expectations.
